Cheering Machinery has built its R&D capabilities around motor engineering, direct-drive technology, intelligent control, and high-efficiency industrial equipment. Supported by a Provincial High-Tech Enterprise R&D Center and Postdoctoral Workstation, our R&D system combines independent research, university collaboration, and practical product development.


With 90+ national patents and 4 Zhejiang Manufacturing Standards led, we continue to develop technologies for power tools, industrial sewing machinery, and special motor applications.

Gearless Direct-Drive Technology
Cheering Machinery pioneered gearless direct-drive technology, replacing traditional gear transmission with a direct-drive structure. Combined with high-energy rare-earth permanent magnet materials and embedded MCU control, the technology is designed to improve transmission efficiency while reducing mechanical transmission losses and noise.


Intelligent Sewing Systems
Our R&D covers embedded MCU control and intelligent sewing technologies, with applicable systems developed for precise equipment control.


High-Efficiency Motor Technology
Research into rare-earth permanent magnet motors focuses on improving energy efficiency and supporting more efficient industrial equipment.
