Production & Process Control
Cheering Machinery applies controlled processes across key stages of production, helping maintain consistent specifications from incoming materials to finished products.

Material & Component Control
Critical materials and components are inspected before entering production, covering relevant electrical, mechanical, dimensional, insulation, and surface properties.
Motor Manufacturing
Automated winding and controlled assembly processes help maintain consistent motor construction and production parameters.

Precision Processing
Key components are evaluated for dimensions, surface roughness, bonding strength, tensile and shear performance, where applicable.
Assembly & Traceability
Production inspections are integrated into assembly processes to identify abnormalities and maintain relevant process records for quality review and repeat production.

In-House Testing Laboratory
Our in-house laboratory supports testing across material properties, electrical insulation, mechanical performance, environmental conditions, and product durability. Rather than relying on final inspection alone, our testing capabilities help verify critical materials and components throughout product development and manufacturing.
Material & Electrical Testing
Testing capabilities include:
- Electrical steel core loss
- Electrical steel magnetic performance
- Surface insulation resistance
- Electrical breakdown voltage
- Material and coating-related properties

Environmental & Thermal Testing
Our laboratory includes high- and low-temperature test equipment for evaluating material and product performance under controlled environmental conditions.
Mechanical & Surface Testing
Testing capabilities cover:
- Surface roughness
- Tensile and shear strength
- T-Peel and floating-roller peel
- Coating thickness
- Cylindrical bending
- Other applicable mechanical and surface properties

Laboratory Equipment
Our laboratory is equipped with specialized testing equipment including core loss testers, magnetic performance testers, insulation resistance systems, high/low-temperature test chambers, universal testing machines, breakdown voltage testers, surface roughness testers, coating thickness testers, and related material testing equipment.
Motor & Product Performance Testing
For direct-drive motors and related products, performance verification focuses on thermal behavior, acoustic performance, torque, vibration, and long-duration operation.
Thermal Performance: Testing evaluates winding temperature rise under defined operating conditions. For our direct-drive technology, testing has verified a winding temperature rise reduction of up to 18°C under relevant comparison conditions.
Acoustic Performance: Applicable products undergo controlled acoustic testing, with <60 dB used as a testing benchmark for applicable configurations.
Torque & Vibration: Dynamic testing evaluates torque output, vibration, and rotational stability, helping identify mechanical or assembly abnormalities during product verification.
Long-Duration Endurance: Applicable motor products undergo continuous endurance testing for up to 1,000 hours, providing long-duration operating data for reliability evaluation.

Quality Assurance System
Quality control is integrated throughout our manufacturing process, covering incoming materials, production processes, finished products, and outgoing shipments.
IQC - Incoming Quality Control
Materials and purchased components are inspected against defined requirements before entering production, with a core focus on verifying raw material quality, component specifications, and key electrical and mechanical properties.
IPQC - In-Process Quality Control
Key production parameters and manufacturing stages are monitored throughout processing and assembly to maintain process consistency, dimensional accuracy, assembly precision, and early detection of production deviations.
FQC - Final Quality Control
Finished products undergo comprehensive final inspection and performance verification before shipment, evaluating overall product appearance, core functionality, performance parameters, and defined quality standards.
OQC - Outgoing Quality Control
Final shipment verification confirms product quantities, packaging integrity, correct labeling, and custom order requirements, ensuring absolute shipment accuracy and adherence to customer-specific demands.
